Completed St. Louis Roofing Projects

The United Union of Roofers, Waterproofers and Allied Workers Local No. 2 are responsible for a very large number of St. Louis roofing projects, many of which are familiar to residents and tourists alike. Some of our most recognizable roofing projects include the roof of the TWA (Edward Jones) Dome and the roof of the Kiel (Scottrade) Center. Our portfolio of St. Louis roofing projects also includes a number of historic homes and buildings that feature both flat commercial roofs as well as slate and tile roofs.

When hiring a roofing contractor for your roofing project, it’s important to select a company that has experience completing a wide variety of roofing projects.  Below, you’ll find a sampling of the projects we completed, and we encourage you to contact us for information about these and other St. Louis roofing projects.

Over 580,000 square foot of Samafil PVC membrane roofing material was used on the Trans World Dome Stadium. The Dome installation was completed a month and a half ahead of schedule. The 47 low roofs were completed one month ahead of schedule.

This accelerated-schedule project involved replacing a 250,000-square foot roof with a new roof that has outlasted several severe weather events.

The BJC Institute of Health  at Washington University had 20-year two ply modified bitumen roof of 60,970 sq. ft surfaced with reflective white synthetic chips to produce a cool roof membrane meeting LEED requirements, over a 1/2″ Densdeck Prime and Tapered Polyisocyanurate Insulation adhered with Parastik Adhesive to structural concrete deck.
